Exchange Policy

At Trendstyle Fiji, we are committed to providing our customers with genuine, high-quality skincare and retail products. To ensure fairness to both our valued customers and our business, we have created the following Exchange Policy in line with the Fiji Commerce Commission Decree 2010 and Fair Trading Act 1992.

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

a. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product after purchase.

b. This is consistent with Fiji’s consumer protection laws, which do not require businesses to provide a refund or exchange in such cases.

2. Conditions for Exchange

We only allow exchanges under the following circumstances:

Defective Product – If the product is proven to be faulty or damaged before purchase.
Wrong Item Received – If you receive a different item from what you ordered.
Expired Product (at time of sale) – If the product was out of date at the time of purchase.

✅Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Products That Cannot Be Exchanged

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable once sold:

❌ Skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
❌ Products without their original packaging or seal
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage by the customer

This is in line with consumer laws in Fiji, which allow businesses to refuse returns where a customer has caused the damage or where hygiene standards prevent resale.

4. Proof of Authenticity

Trendstyle Fiji guarantees that all our skincare and cosmetic products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

❌We do not exchange or refund based on accusations of “fake products” unless independently verified in writing by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.

❌False claims made with the intent to misuse this policy may be reported to the Fiji Commerce Commission for investigation.

5. Process for Exchange

a. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.

b. Provide details and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

c. Once approved, you may exchange the item for the same product or another item of equal value.

d. If the item is not in stock, a store credit will be issued (valid for 30 days).
