Purchase Options

At Trendstyle Fiji, we offer a variety of payment and purchase options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Customers can shop online via our website www.trendstylefiji.com or visit our physical store at Level 1, Shop 9, 15 Tukani Street, Lautoka City.

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Paisa Payments (Mobile Wallets)
• Bank Transfers (For direct deposit orders)
• MyCash Payments (Mobile Wallets)
• In-Store Purchases (Cash or Mobile Payment)

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below is our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations Before Dispatch

• Online Orders: You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
• Bank Transfer Orders: If payment has not been made within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Pre-Orders & Special Orders: These orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are reserved specifically for you.

2. Cancellations After Dispatch

• Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• If you no longer want the item, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

3. In-Store Purchase Cancellations

• Orders purchased in-store cannot be canceled once the transaction is completed.
• If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for possible resolution.

Exceptions & Important Notes

• Custom, pre-order, and special-order items are non-cancellable.
• If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy and may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the payment method.
• Trendstyle Fiji reserves the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
