7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us on Viber 7501115. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues

We take extra precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All products are quality-checked before packing and shipping. We use high-quality polymailers, which provide excellent protection against water, dust, and external damage.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately on Viber 7501115 so we can resolve the issue.

However, please note that if you have chosen Postage, Counter Collection, or Normal EMS for fragile items, we will not accept any damage claims as our fault. We highly recommend using Fragile EMS for fragile items to ensure their safe delivery.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Eligible refunds will be processed via M-PAiSA within 2-3 business days.

To receive your refund, please provide your M-PAiSA number when requesting the return. Note that we are not responsible for any charges your bank or provider may apply.
