Refund can be generated on certain criteria:

• If product is damaged, Videos and pictures are needed. You can mail it to us at trendstylefiji@gmail.com or @trendstylefiji on Instagram.
• Further we will either refund or exchange the products for you.
• If a wrong product is delivered, we shall resend it. Videos and pictures are needed. You can mail it to us at trendstylefiji@gmail.com or @trendstylefiji on Instagram
• Resending time is 10 days from the day of complaint. Refund generation time is 7 days.
